What can I use the Coral free bets on this weekend?
This weekend sees Premier League action including Aston Villa vs Manchester United and a full EFL programme, the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe from Longchamp, NFL American Football, plus UFC 307 from Salt Lake City – all from Friday 4th October through till Monday 7th October.
This weekend sees Gameweek 7 of the Premier League season with 4 televised matches across TNT Sports & Sky Sports. The English football starts on Friday night on Sky Sports featuring the EFL Championship at 8pm with Sunderland vs Leeds United at the Stadium of Light. Sunderland are top of the league facing Leeds United who after a midweek draw at Norwich sit in the play-off places after 8 games. Sunderland won the corresponding match in December last season 1-0 in front of 40,000 fans.
The Premier League television action kicks-off on Saturday. 12:30pm sees TNT Sports coverage of Crystal Palace vs Liverpool from Selhurst Park. Crystal Palace will be looking to bounce back from a 2-1 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park last Saturday but couldn’t face tougher opposition as Arne Slot and Liverpool arrive in SE25. Liverpool are top of the Premier League after 7 matches and have a superb record at Selhurst Park, where they last lost in the Premier League way back in 2014.
Later on Saturday sees Everton face Newcastle at Goodison Park on Sky Sports at 5:30pm. Everton’s win last Saturday lifted them out of the bottom 3 for the first time this season, and with renewed optimism around Goodison you could see Sean Dyche’s side giving Newcastle plenty of problems. The Magpies lost their last away game 3-1 at Fulham a fortnight ago, but will take huge positive energy from their 1-1 draw with Premier League champions Manchester City last Saturday.
Sunday sees an early Scottish Premiership match on Sky Sports as Ross County take on Celtic at 12pm. Celtic were hammered 7-1 in midweek by Borussia Dortmund in Europe and will no doubt be looking to bounce back with a statement against a Ross County side who were only beaten by fellow Scottish Premiership pace-setters Aberdeen 1-0 here at The Global Energy Stadium in August. That’s followed at 2pm on Sky Sports by the biggest game of the weekend in the Premier League as Aston Villa face Manchester United from Villa Park. Villa will be buoyant after their midweek European win over Bayern Munich and will be looking forward to playing a United side who are under pressure after Premier League defeats to Brighton, Liverpool and Tottenham already this season.
Brighton vs Tottenham is the final Premier League game of the weekend live from the American Express Stadium on Sky Sports Main Event / Football at 4:30pm. Brighton are unbeaten at home so far in their opening 3 matches at The AMEX, but 2 of those games resulted in draws against Ipswich Town and Nottingham Forest. Tottenham travelled to Old Trafford last Sunday and defeated Manchester United 3-0 in a dominant performance. Both teams are packed full of goals so Both Teams to Score is sure to be a popular bet on this Sky Sports Super Sunday match.
Monday 7th October sees EFL League 2 action live on Sky Sports Football with an 8pm kick-off. Bradford City – arguably the biggest club in League 2 – play Newport County at Valley Parade. The Welsh side are going well in League 2 under Graham Coughlan, with experienced midfielder Aaron Wildig scoring goals from midfield, and County are just outside of the play-off spots. Meanwhile Bradford City under Graham Alexander are under pressure, having not won in League 2 in their past 4 matches. Bradford won the corresponding fixture last season 4-1.
It’s a double helping of ITV Racing this weekend with racing from Ascot and Newmarket on Saturday 5th October plus the Prix De L’Arc de Triomphe meeting from Longchamp on Sunday 6th October – both on ITV1. The Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe is the richest race in Europe with £2,484,348 going to the winning connections. The international nature of the Prix De L’Arc can be seen within the top 4 runners in the betting market, with French trainers Carlos & Yann Lerner and Andre Fabre putting forward the home nation’s best chances, whilst Aidan O’Brien and Yoshito Yahagi send over top runners from Ireland and Japan respectively. Look De Vega (Lerner), Sosie (Fabre), Los Angeles (O’Brien) and Shin Emperor (Yahagi) head the betting, whilst British hopes look best served by Bluestocking who Ralph Beckett sends over from his Kimpton Down Stables in Hampshire.
Saturday’s action is live on ITV1 with Newmarket featuring Group 1 action. The Sun Chariot Stakes (2:40pm) over the rolling mile sees Inspiral (Robert Havlin), Tamfana (Colin Keane) and Nashwa (Hollie Doyle) head the betting with £156,000 going to the winner. Meanwhile in Berkshire, the 3:35pm Challenge Cup at Ascot is a 7 furlong handicap with £93,000 available for winning connections. As with most Handicaps the betting is wide open with Fresh (Daniel Tudhope), Qirat (Hector Crouch) and Volterra (Shane Gray) all squabbling over favouritism.
Weekend horse racing fixtures across the UK and Ireland are:
- Friday 4th October: Ascot, Dundalk, Fontwell (Jumps), Gowran Park, Hexham (Jumps), Newcastle.
- Saturday 5th October: Ascot, Curragh, Gowran Park, Newmarket, Redcar, Southwell, Wolverhampton.
- Sunday 6th October: Kelso (Jumps), Killarney, Tipperary, Uttoxeter (Jumps).
- Monday 7th October: Fairyhouse, Killarney, Pontefract, Stratford (Jumps), Wolverhampton, Yarmouth.

Coral Maximum Payouts
One area that’s often overlooked when selecting which bookmaker to use is their maximum payout ceilings. The reason this matters is that each bookmaker sets their own daily limit by sport above which they won’t pay out any winnings, and these limits can and do vary massively.
Where this becomes relevant is typically for accumulator bets where small stakes can result in large payouts if you manage to get all legs correct. For horse racing this might be an each-way accumulator or lucky 15/31/63 type bet; for football this is more likely to be an 8- or 10-fold accumulator on the match result, for instance. Regardless of the style of bet, if you do hit the jackpot what you don’t want is to find that your winnings are capped simply because you placed your bet with the wrong bookmaker.
Here’s a summary of some key sports and Coral’s maximum payouts compared with some others in the market:
Sport | Coral Max Payout | Worst Max Payout |
---|---|---|
Premier League | £1,000,000 | £250,000 (888 Sport) |
UK Horse Racing | £1,000,000 | £100,000 (Unibet) |
PGA Tour Golf | £250,000 | £100,000 (BetVictor) |
Men’s ATP Tennis | £100,000 | £75,000 (888 Sport) |
NBA Basketball | £250,000 | £50,000 (Paddy Power) |
NFL American Football | £250,000 | £50,000 (Paddy Power) |

Coral Bonus Code Football – 2024 Season
The fixtures have been published for the 2024/25 Premier League season and football punters all across the world will be licking their lips in anticipation of what’s sure to be another exciting campaign.
Manchester City have been installed as the favourites with Coral to win a fifth successive Premier League title and what would be an ninth overall since the EPL was formed in 1992.
With Erling Haaland proving an unstoppable force again last season, ably supported by the likes of Kevin de Bruyne, Jack Grealish and Phil Foden to mention but a few, it will take an incredible effort for any other team to step in their way. Yet plenty of sage punters think that this could be Arsenal’s year and the Gunners have been well backed as they look to end City’s dominance.
The fight for the title, Champions League spots and European football will be fierce, however at the other end of the table there will be a titanic battle for Premier League survival.
Leicester, Ipswich and Southampton are the newly promoted teams, with the Tractor Boys enjoying a meteoric rise back up the leagues under the management of Kieran McKenna, however all three are amongst the favourites for relegation. Yet with the likes of Bournemouth, Nottingham Forest, Wolves and even Everton not assured of safety, it will be fascinating to see how the 2024/25 EPL season unfolds.
Coral will, as ever, have a multitude of outright and individual match markets available for betting upon as the action continues through the early part of the season.
Gameweek 7 fixtures are as follows:
Saturday 5th October
- Crystal Palace vs Liverpool
- Arsenal vs Southampton
- Brentford vs Wolves
- Leicester vs Bournemouth
- Manchester City vs Fulham
- West Ham vs Ipswich
- Everton vs Newcastle
Sunday 6th October
- Aston Villa vs Manchester United
- Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest
- Brighton vs Tottenham

Coral Offers 2024 - How To Maximise
Coral have always been well known in the online sports betting and gaming sector for being particularly generous when it comes to the size of their free bets and welcome bonuses. By offering new customer welcome promotions across Sportsbook, Vegas and Bingo, there’s a depth of coverage that few other brands can offer.
Coral have also gone down the route of not using promo codes when it comes to new customer offers, making it simple to access their promotions. Consistency of promotion and the way new customers access them tells you a lot about the Coral ethos of giving both new and existing customers the very best value when it comes to bonuses, promotions and ongoing customer experience. But it also tells you a lot about Coral and their core pledge of offering consistency in their welcome bonuses, ongoing sports promotions and gaming promotions.
Here are some key aspects that it is important to understand about Coral, in explaining why 1.9 million active users value the London headquartered bookmaker. Read on, as these aspects are worth knowing before you open an account across any of their products.
No Promo Code Based New Customer Promotions
Coral currently do not require a promo code to access any of their current new customer offers. There is no promo code field when signing up to any of the Sportsbook, Vegas or Bingo new customer promotions. Any of our qualifying links automatically qualify you for the offer of your choice, without the requirement for a promo code. Nice and simple – consistency for all. So when registering simply fill out your details, click the Terms & Conditions tick box, and press ‘Complete Registration’ to become a Coral customer. You’ll be then asked to make your first deposit.
New Product Promotions for All
Coral are happy for existing customers to use all of their free bets and deposit bonuses available. The term ‘Brand New Customers Only’ is something that you will not find in Coral terms and conditions. So customers who originally sign-up via the Sportsbook free bet new customer promotion can then access the Coral Bingo Welcome Bonus and so on. It’s actively encouraged by the London-based bookmaker who simply want their customers to be satisfied and continue playing with them into the future.
Now this clarity of all free bets and promotions for each customer needs to be put in perspective. Free bets and welcome bonuses are nothing new. The online betting and gaming industry is awash with them, but what turns Coral into the global power house they are is that their promotions are not only generous, but they are easy to use and are available to all. Plenty of Coral’s rivals restrict their promotions for new customers to the first deal they sign-up to. So if you register via a sports free bet and then weeks or months down the line want to play online casino with the same company, you won’t be able to access a casino welcome bonus.
